Little Darling is the “All-American Burger & Fries” concept dreamed up by Chef Brian Paolina and restaurateur Lisa Van der Reijden. After the success of their modern American eatery, Lucy’s in Auburn, AL, the duo set out to create a fresh, California-inspired take on the classic burger joint—fast-casual, ingredient-driven, and full of flavor.
The menu features signature smash burgers alongside modern twists and seasonal specials. Fries take center stage with house-made toppings like garlic aioli, lemon basil emulsion, and parmesan black truffle.
